You can always access old content at www.leedrake.com/forum . You may find some formatting was lost in the conversion and the older versions of the posts to be more readable....
But at least it's all here.

| Though we don't usually publish messages about hoaxes, we are making an exception in this case because of the nature of this hoax.
What It Is
The "Jdbgmgr.exe file hoax" message claims that a file called "Jdbgmgr.exe" is a virus.
Like the SULFNBK.EXE Warning hoax, this message tries to persuade you to delete a file that is a legitimate part of Windows. As Symantec says in its article at http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html, the purpose of this hoax is to unnecessarily alarm people.
What to Do
If you get such a message, delete the message.
Generally speaking, if you get a message warning you about a virus from anyone but us, be very suspicious of it.
What to Do If You Already Took the Bait
This file is not critical. The only bad thing that might happen is that some Java applets (used on some Web sites) might misbehave. If this happens to you, contact Microsoft for recovery instructions.
More Information
Thanks to my cousin Nancy Klemme, I have been blessed with a real, live copy of the English language version of the hoax, which reads as follows (typos and all).
Better safe than sorry... I found it and deleted it
without openeing and have had no ill effects. I cut
and pasted this email instead of forwarding to be safe
as well.
Please take the time to check this out. I received it
from someone and had it in my system. No damage has been done
I received a warning about this virus, and YES it was
in my system... and so it may also be in yours as you are in
my address book.
The name of the virus is jdbgmgr.exe and it is sent automatically by
the messenger to those in your address book. The virus is not detected by
McAfee or Norton.
It reportedly stays quiet for 14 days before damaging the system.
The virus can be cleared before it deletes the files from your system. To
eliminate it, do the following:
1. go to START, click SEARCH or FIND
2. In the FILES or FOLDERS option write the name-jdbgmgr.exe
3. be sure you are in the C drive
4. click FIND NOw
5. If the virus is there (it has a little bear-like icon with the
name of jdbgmgr.exe) DO NOT OPEN IT FOR ANY REASON
6.right click and delete
7. go to the recycle bin and delete it or empty the recycle bin
8. If you find this virus in your system, SEND THIS MESSAGE TO ALL
CONTACTS located in your address book.
I found this in my files. My Norton Antivirus did not
detect it. I don't know if it really will delete files, but it is
there and why take a chance.
According to the Symantec article, in addition to the English version, there are versions in French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. If you are curious, you can read all five versions on the Symantec page shown above.
This concludes this VirusWarning notice.
